Plain-language privacy
This page explains what information the website handles, why it is needed, and which outside services help deliver Scripture, messages, and payments.

The story-suggestion, encouragement, and problem-report forms may ask for a name, reply email, message, page or video link, and timestamp. Names and reply emails are optional. Messages are used only to read, respond to, or act on the request you submitted; they are not posted publicly or added to a marketing list.
A question is sent to the Scripture-search service only after you press Find Scripture. TheBible.ai uses the question to select a relevant passage and request licensed NKJV text from API.Bible. Questions are not intentionally saved by TheBible.ai as personal profiles. Short-lived abuse protection and hosting logs may process technical request information such as an IP address.
Private messages and reports are delivered through FormSubmit after basic validation and spam protection. FormSubmit states that submissions may be retained for up to 30 days. TheBible.ai may keep a message in its email account only as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, review a report, maintain a requested correspondence, or meet a legal obligation.
Stripe and PayPal process gifts on their own secure websites. TheBible.ai does not receive or store full card numbers, passwords, or payment-account credentials. Their privacy policies apply once you continue to a provider’s page.
Hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical information needed to load, protect, and troubleshoot the website. TheBible.ai does not use advertising cookies or sell visitor information. API.Bible may receive required usage information when a licensed live quotation is displayed.
You may use the site without submitting a private message or providing a reply email. You may also contact Justin to ask about a message you sent or request that it be deleted when the studio is able and legally permitted to do so.
The website may be viewed by families, but its private forms are intended for adults and visitors age 13 or older. A parent or guardian should submit on behalf of a child under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal information directly may contact the studio to request review or deletion.
